Pulgogi (Korean Barbecue)
Barbecued beef in Korean style called Pulgogi is the most favored worldwide.
Here's how to make pulgogi (bulgogi):
1. Slice the beef thinly and score lightly with a knife to make it more tender. Cut it into bite-sized pieces and marinate it in the sugar and rice wine.
2. Mix the marinated beef thoroughly with the soy sayuce, chopped garlic, sesame salt, and sesame oil.
3. Broil the seasoned beef over hot charcoal on a grill or in a fry pan. Otherwise, you may use an oven-broiler heated to 570 degree F for ten minutes. Pulgogi is delicious served with lettuce leaves, sesame leaves, garland chrysanthemum and minced garlic.

Raw fish and oysters
Anyway, my hubby asked me if I wanted to go out with him to look for a heater to put in his office. Because I was busy cleaning our flat, I didn't go out with him. I waited for him for hours and when he came back, he didn't bring any heater buy a shopping bag. He said the heater was too expensive compare to the other stores that he saw on the internet so he was planning to go to another shop and just bought something to eat instead.
Here's what he bought.
Raw fish and Oysters. The oysters are also eaten fresh with chogochujang (vinegared hot pepper sauce).

Do you want any of these kitchen appliances?
Lunar New Year is coming. It's one of the most tiring occasions because we have to prepare lots of things. As usual, me and my sister in law have to stay in the kitchen all day to prepare some food. I'm not a big help in cooking but I spend much time in washing the dishes. I wish my mother in law has a dishwasher to lighten our work. Or maybe I have to buy one for her as a present for this coming Lunar New Year.
And for my present, I'd like to have this Trash compactor. I can't throw the garbage everyday specially in this cold weather. I don't want to go out in the snow just to throw away the smelly trash. When my hubby asked me last night on what kind of present that I want for this New Year, I couldn't say anything because I thought I didn't need anything until I saw the most popular trash compactor. Now I know what I need.
Kitchen is my favorite room in my house. It is where I spend most of my time everyday when I'm at home. And i'm willing to spend more time in the kitchen if I have a stylish, beautiful and complete appliances in the kitchen. How about you? Do you enjoy cooking? Don't you want any of these kitchen appliances for your house or apartment?

Korean snacks
Here are some of my hubby's favorite snacks. They are snacks that are usually eaten when you drink wine or alcohol. My hubby don't drink alcohol so he drinks them with juice or soda. He likes munching food when he watches tv or a movie at home.
They are squid (ojingo), fish jerky (juipo) and octopus legs (muno dari). When we go to the market, he always look at the area where they sell this kind of snacks and we can't come home without any of them. And now that he found a new store selling this kind of snacks for a cheap price, so he sometimes asked me to go there so we can almost double if we buy in the market.
These snacks are the favorite snacks of most Koreans including kids.

The fish that smells like pee
I like trying different kinds of food. I like eating but I can't eat much with this raw fish because it tastes strange. You know it smells like pee and the taste is similar to its smell. I thought they put something for that taste but hubby said they put nothing when they serve that fish. They just cut and serve it with chokochujang.
Hubby's aunt said that this raw fish is good for our skin so I sometimes eat although I can't stand the taste. Do you know that they also serve this raw fish if you go to the funeral? I imagine eating the body of the corpse when I eat the raw fish but because they serve it and the people around me are all eating so I have to eat with them although my mind, my heart and my mouth is against it. I just don't want to disappoint people. Do you think what I'm doing is right?
