soondae

Soondae is a pork sausage filled with sweet rice and sweet potato vermicelli noodles. It is a food made of pig intestine and blood. It is a traditional korean snacks sold by various restaurants as well as street vendors. It is eaten with a mixture of salt, ground pepper and kochukaru (korean chili powder) or chokochujang.
