Diet food

Oh yes, I'm on a diet. I go jogging every morning and I bring some vegetables and fruits for my snacks. Here's what I had today. I had some carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and grapes.



Is it too much? Well, it's just my snacks. I still have dinner at home. Do you think I can lose weight if I eat much? Well, they are fruits and vegetables so I think it's not bad to eat much. Anyway, let's wait and see.

very healthy diet!..i tried to diet..but seems that i usually avoid healthier foods!!..malaysian type of food is so hard to resist
