Because of beef

I bought this mushrooms last week. I was supposed to cook bosot jongol (beef with mushrooms cooked in casserole). I forgot that my in laws, don't want me to buy and eat beef because of the mad cow disease. My mother in law said that the disease will appear after 10 years so she always reminds me not to buy beef. Instead of making "bosot (mushroom) jongol (casserole)", I just fried the mushrooms with garlic and boiled with hot water and dipped with chogochujang.

Last Wednesday, I also went to the market and bought something that I need for cooking. Because I was too tired and got lazy to cook, I saw the ready to cook food which was on sale so I took one. When I came home and was supposed to cook the side dish, I saw the meat was beef so I changed my clothes again and went back to the market to return the beef. Oh yeah, my cooking was ruined because of beef!

When I came home, hubby told me just to order food and take a rest. hehehe...

Do you collect the receipts?

While I was cleaning the cabinets last weekend, I saw a small bag and wondered what was in it. When I opened it, here's what I saw.

Lots of receipts that I collected from buying groceries in the market 2 years ago. I used to collect the receipts and wrote down what I bought using my credit card. But that didn't last for a year, though. Now I don't collect the receipt but when you open my bag, you'll see lots of receipt. My bag is like a garbage can with lots of receipts inside. I always think of throwing them away when I'm busy and I always forget them when I don't do anything. You'll see them in every pocket of my big bag that I use when I go to work. I'm sure some of my bags in the cabinet have receipt, too!

I think it's time to clean up my bag now after posting this. hehehehe...

Btw, do you collect the receipts?

Coffee, anyone?

We can't start a day at work without drinking coffee. Me and my co-workers always drink coffee at work anytime in the afternoon or even at night. But for me, a cup of coffee is not for a day. I heard from my co-worker that drinking coffee can lose weight. I couldn't believe her until I saw on tv that it really is. I thought coffee is not good for our health because of its caffeine so I was surprise when they say it's also good in losing weight.

For me, coffee is amazing because it gives me strength and I'm alert after drinking it. So, whenever I'm sleepy it's true that a cup of coffee will wake me up. But many say that you can't experienced the full effects of caffeine until you’ve tried DiCaffeine Malate which makes me feel to try one.

Caffeine helps stimulate the body and mind. It optimizes energy, stimulates thermogenesis, and promotes mental focus. Synephrine HCl can help burn fat, suppress appetite and increase energy and Chocamine is commonly used to combat stress and depression. Caffeine, Chocamine and Synephrine HCI are just one of the ingredients of fenphedra. The reason of a high performance weight loss formula. So for your diet pills, Fenphedra is the one that works!

Bean paste soup

My mother in law always tells me to prepare bean soup at least once a week. She said beans are good for our health specially when you have constipation. Most Koreans have this constipation problem because of their hot and spicy food. She said we have to pooh everyday and if we can't then we have to eat beans. Here's the bean soup that I prepared for lunch.

I don't buy bean paste in the mart. My hubby's aunt who lives in county makes bean paste at home. Although it is different from the bean paste that we bought in the market because it's a little bit darker, hers has more nutrients than what we buy in the market. She has a small green tea plantation and green tea is one of her ingredients in making bean paste. Here's the bean paste that aunt made.

It looks strange and my hubby didn't wanna try it before because of the color but my mother in law said that aunt's bean paste is much better than the one in the mart. So, I prepare until hubby had a taste of it and he likes it now.

Here's how to make bean paste soup.

Ingredients: 10 pieces of anchovy, 2 potatoes, 1 red pepper, slice of squash, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, bean paste

Method:
1. Put the anchovies in 4 cups of water and boil.
2. Cut the potatoes, red pepper and squash into eight pieces and the onion into flat pieces.
3. Remove the anchovies in a boiling water and put all the ingredients and boil again for 10 minutes.
4. Put some water in a bowl and mix the bean paste soup well. Pour it in a boiling water with vegetables and let it boil again for 10 minutes.

Hint: The soup is more delicious with mushrooms and tofu.

Thanksgiving Day is coming

I always want to prepare delicious food for my hubby. I'm so happy when I see him eat much with the food that I prepare. I always serve him food when he's at home. I just want to care of him. I just feel good when somebody says that he's gaining weight because that means i'm taking care of him well. The problem is, when I serve him food, I have to eat with him. The reason why I also gained weight.

There are many things that we can do to lose weight but can we do all those things? We have running machine but we rarely use it because we are always tired from work. We used to take a walk in our area every night after dinner but we can't do now because we are always busy.

Thanksgiving Day is coming! Only two weeks left and I will meet all my hubby's family and relatives again. I have to lose weight as soon as possible so i'm thinking of getting decaslim. The product that can't only give you that thinner figure but also good for the remedy of acne. Just perfect for me because I also have this acnes on my face that I got from sleeping late at night through blogging.

Decaslim can only sold online at a reasonable price and a lifetime money back guarantee so that means it also guarantee your figure and complexion.

It is worth trying

My sister in law delivered a baby girl five months ago and she's worried about her big stomach. It seems like she's still pregnant after delivering the baby. She tried everything that others suggested her to do like exercising, not eating too much and don't sit after meals but until now she still has that big belly. She asked many mothers who just had deliver a baby and they said, after a few months it will go back in its normal size but in her case it's not. My parents in law were also worried that's why they told her to go to the hospital and have a check up.

I think my sister in law doesn't know the best way in losing weight. She doesn't know the best diet pills for her. I will surely recommend this decaslim, which is ranked as the #1 diet pill. Decaslim is the diet pill that really works because it has the super vitamin that experts and consumers agree for having the power, long term weight loss and safe.

Try decaslim now. It is 100% lifetime money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied which only means it is worth trying.

Got free chicken again

I got free chicken again from the coupons that I collected in ordering chickens. I saw the advertisement of this chicken restaurant posted in front of the door and it looks delicious so I told hubby to try it. I like BHC chicken where I also collected 10 coupons and changed into an order of whole chicken and another 10 coupons from BHC. When it comes to fried chicken, I like BHC and for spicy chicken red combo from Gyocheon.

And now we found this very spicy Hessal chicken and we like it very much. When i'm tired from work and don't to cook or prepare dinner, I always order food and the most ordered food is chicken. Ans this hessal chicken became of our favorites since we had a taste of it. And what is good about it? You have to collect only five coupons and change it to whole chicken.
Here are the coupons-

And dyaraann...the free boneless chicken. Hubby already ate some before I realized that I have to post it on my blog. hehehe..This chicken is not too spicy as the one on the picture at the side bar but they are both from Hessal chicken.

The car for our adventures

We went on a picnic last weekend. Everything was set up and supposed to leave the campsite when hubby went to the bathroom. I was very bored waiting for him so I took out the rug and started to clean the car. I thought he would feel good after seeing his car cleaned but I was wrong again. Instead of smile, i saw him got angry. He said it's not right to clean the car without pouring some water on it because it can make scratch. Opppss..I didn't know that.

While we were heading home, he didn't say anything which only means he was angry. He just felt better when I told him that it's okay to have some small scratches because it's time to change it. We've been using it for three years now and we need a better and bigger car. We like adventures and we usually go camping on weekend so we need more space to load everything that we need for a camp like tent, mats, cookwares and more.

I've been dreaming for a Freelander since I first saw it and I think this New Forester Diesel is the best for our adventures. A car that has more space to put our loads. The car that has been tried, tested and approved. It's not surprising then why within a year, Freelander sales more than doubled and it became the biggest selling 4x4 in the UK.

Best food for the camp

We bought a tent 3 weeks ago and went camping the next weekend. Because it was too hot to stay in a tent in the afternoon, so our plan was to go camping again next month. But last Saturday, without any preparation, we went camping again. It was holiday last Friday because of Liberation day so we stayed home all day long that's why we decided to go out the next day although it rained but enjoyed the camp.

When we first went camping we saw that most campers had noodles for lunch and yes it's true that noodles is more delicious on a picnic or camp. And here we are, we prepared 2 packs of noodles for lunch. Doesn't it look delicious?

And as usual, we had pork barbecue (samgyopsal) for dinner. Yummy! Samgyopsal is my favorite and it is the food that most people bring when they go on a picnic or camping. It's also an alcohol's friend. Think of an alcohol and samgyopsal will also come to your mind. Cheers!

My own recipe bibimbap

We had brunch at 10:30 a.m. As what I always say, we don't have rice for breakfast but because it was already past 10 so i prepared rice instead of juice. At around 4 hubby said that he was hungry so I made this bibimbap for him.

Making bibimbap is easy. Just put rice on the bowl with different kinds of vegetables, sesame oil, laver and fried egg and of course and kochujang (red pepper paste). Bibimbap is not complete without kochujang. Bibimbap is more delicious with raw beef (seng bibimbap)but because of "Crazy cow" (mad cow), we decided not to eat beef. So instead of beef I fried chopped pork, and put some garlic. I didn't put much vegetables, either. I only put what is available in the refrigerator like bean sprouts and broccoli sprouts that I use for salad.

That's it! Too easy, isn't it? You can make your own bibimbap now! I usually use some substitute ingredients and I sometimes get a good outcome. Hubby said it was delicious so I already tried it several times. I'm glad that I found a new recipe for bibimbap. It's my own recipe. hehehe...

I like jewelries

My students told me that I always change my earrings. Some asked how many sets of earrings i've got. It's true that I have many sets of earrings. I always change them according to the color and style of outfit that I wear. They don't know that except from earrings I also have necklaces that I haven't worn at work. I'm just worried that I will lose them again so I always wear the same necklace everyday. It's too frustrating that I lost some jewelries and the last one that I lost was my bracelet. I went to work and when I came home and supposed to take it off, I realized that I'm not wearing it so I called everyone including my boss if they didn't see it at work. That was expensive so hubby told me not to wear expensive jewelries when I go to work.

I like jewelries and I think most women do. When I go shopping and see a jewelry store, I always browse some unique jewelries. So when I see this unique ravishing silver jewellery designed and handcrafted in Israel, I can't help but to amazed of this cheap jewelries. There are watches, earrings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets that are great for fashions. They are really unique, cheap and good quality jewelries that are complete with semi precious stones such as garnets, pearls, opals, amethysts and onyx.

Wow~ they are wonderful, unique and ravishing silver jewellery with soul! Check them out now and get your unique and quality jewelries for affordable prices.

It's time to lose my weight

It was my co-workers last day yesterday so we went out for dinner. We had seafoods. Of course dine out with co-workers wouldn't enough without talking about many things specially some problems or good things at work. We were in the middle of our conversation when my boss said that my co-worker gained weight. I think everyone did. Who won't gain weight when we always eat. Last night, I didn't want to eat much but I couldn't control myself because everyone was eating the delicious food on the table.

Dining out is one of the reasons why I gained weight. When I go out for dinner, I usually come home very late and I spend my time eating when I'm out with co-workers or friends. I'm jealous when I see someone wearing skirt and short sleeves shirt. I even thought of getting a surgery to loss some fats on my body. But that was when I haven't heard anything about the best diet pills.

If you have the same problem as me, then it's time to rejoice because the best diet pills are already made. Check out the lists of the diet pills that work and get the best one for you. The safe diet pills, effective and money back guarantee to assure you that they are the best diet pills that you've ever got.

Samgyopsal on camp

We went on a camp last weekend and here's what we had during our stay at the camp site. I was cooking rice when the crowd came. They were very noisy so hubby told me to move to another place which is a little bit far from the noisy people who were having a barbecue party just near our tent.

After building the tent, I prepared samgyopsal for dinner. Here's the delicious samgyopsal that we shared for dinner. Help yourself! It's too complicated to bring some vegetables so we only ate it with kimchi and salt with black pepper and sesame oil. Help yourself everyone!

You can also start your own business

shopping cart

Obey our hunger

We went on a picnic last weekend. We were at the camping site when my sister in law called and wanted to dine out with us. My hubby told her that we weren't at home so they met an appointment the next day for lunch. Because of this appointment, we had to leave the camping site earlier. We got up early and left the site without having breakfast. We don't eat breakfast but because we were tired, we got hungry. On our way home, we saw a restaurant so hubby stopped the car and had breakfast. We shared this soondae gukbap. A soup made of soondae.

It's not too much but we couldn't eat all. We ordered it just to obey our hunger.

Goodluck to you!

Hubby and I bought a tent and some stuffs that we need for camping like cooking wares, small chairs, mat, lantern and more. Last weekend, we went on a picnic with my mother in law. As soon as we arrived, we cooked lunch. After lunch we decided to play cards. We saw some cards in the mat that we bought. At first I was hesitant to play because I was shy to play with my mother in law. Besides I haven't played that game for a long time so I was afraid that I already forgot the rules of the game. It's true that I already forgot on how to play the game but after few more games, I already learned. Besides, it was fun to play specially when you are winning.

Samgyetang on Malbok

In korea, there's a day that people have to eat samgyetang, it is called "malbok" the third of the three periods of summer doldrums. They said it is hot so we have to eat samgyetang. Eating this dish will make you sweat a lot and sweating a lot is good for our health that's why we have to eat samgyetang. My boss invited us to go out to have samgyetang in malbok so i had dinner with my c-workers and boss. The next day, I prepared this samgyetang for my hubby. I always have different recipe because I only put what is available in my refrigerator.

I just put green onions, 1 onion, 5 cloves garlic, black pepper, tree barks, 5 jujubes and boiled the chicken for an hour. You have to boil longer if the chicken is older. Put iodized salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and black pepper in a saucer which serves as the sauce by dipping the chicken on it.

It's very easy to make Korean food. As long as you know all the ingredients, just put all together in a bowl and boil. Voila~ you're done!

Best for your skin and budget

Before and during my monthly period, I always have these acnes on my face. I'm lucky if they disappear after my menstruation but sometimes they disappear after several days. It's very frustrating to see the acnes that sometimes creates some scars so I have to put on thick make up to cover it. Before the scars disappear, some acnes are started to come out again because my monthly period is coming again. It's the problem that I always face every month. My hubby suggested me to buy expensive cosmetics and my friends and co-workers recommended some acne treatments but still the same. I always have them with me before and during my monthly period.

Luckily, I finally found the #1 selling and best acne treatment on the internet so i don't need to worry anymore. The acne treatment with good quality ingredient, safe, and affordable. He knows my favorites

My dream house is the one that is built near the beach. Not only because I like beaches and sea waves but also sea foods. My hubby knows my favorites. Whenever we go to the sea food restaurant, he doesn't need to ask what my order is. If there is a crab menu, that's already my choice. Crab is my favorite since I was young. So, if you want to make a friend of me, buy me alaskan king crabs. Don't worry I'm not fussy. Legs are also great for me specially the Super Jumbo Alaskan King Crab Legs.

As i see this alaskan king crab, my mouth started to water. I'm worried that I can't sleep tonight. I really want to eat king crabs right now either a gold king crab, a blue king crab or a red king crab. Come on, let's share some crabs with me. I'm sure you will like the Drunken Alaskan King Crab Legs, Alaskan King Crab Nachos, Alaskan King Crab Ceaser and many more recipe that i can prepare for you. Just bring me the king crabs and i'll take care of the cooking and preparing.

If i'll go to Alaska, the first food that i'd like to eat is alaskan king crabs. Travelling to Alaska is not enough without having the alaskan king crab.

It's not too late

On my way to work, I bought some bread to eat when we are hungry. One of my co-workers brought some snacks and the other one bought some ice cream. We usually bring something to eat at work and share the food when we are hungry. We put the food on the table in the office and share. We eat it during the meeting or anytime that we feel hungry. There's always food on the table. If there's nothing to eat, my boss buys something for us. There's also a coffee machine which is free for everyone.

It's one of the reason why we don't lose weight even when we are tired. There's always much food to eat and we can't control ourselves from eating. You will sometimes hear that everyone complains of our weights. And what's so funny about it? We had a two-days vacation and nobody went swimming. No one had the confidence to swim because of our body. Everyone needs to go on a diet.

At least it's not too late to know about this thermodrenix because it's still summer. It is a diet pill which is clinically tested and effective in losing weight. One of its ingredients is Super Citrimax which is the #1 selling diet ingredient in the world and the ChromeMate which is good for a maintenance of healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Thermodrenix only used the best ingredients so there's nothing to worry about your health while losing your weight.

How can I lose weight?

There are different ways to do on how to lose weight but is it easy to do them? Of course not! For a busy worker like me, I don't have time to exercise because i'm always tired after work. When i'm at home, I always want to lie down and sleep. And because of the tiring job, I'm always hungry and want to eat something. And I usually order some food because i'm always tired and don't have time to cook. Now tell me, how can I go on a diet? How can I lose weight if I like eating and doing nothing when I don't work? Please don't tell me to work out because I'm always tired and want to take a rest during my free time. All I need is diet pills.

Oh well, it's not too hot now a days. That means summer will be over soon so I need to lose weight. I haven't gone to the swimming pool, yet. I have to go swimming before the season change. I have to take Phenterfein, the diet pills with high quality ingredients. It is reviewed by many customers taking the pill and most of them if not all say it is efficient and effective product. We need an air conditioning

air conditioning

The weather is getting hotter and hotter everyday. I'm tired of eating ice cream or drinking ice coffee everyday. I gained weight because of eating ice cream and drinking softdrinks almost everyday specially when I go to work. It's too hot outside and the temperature reached up to 34 degrees centigrade. And when I arrived to work it's also frustrating that the aircons are not working. My boss bought those aircons just last year and they are always broken. And when my boss calls for the service, they don't answer the phone or they tell him to wait for more days before they will come to fix them.

Whenever i enter in the classroom, students always complained about the aircon and the weather. They can't even study hard because of the hot weather. And the terrible thing? They always asked me to buy some ice cream for them.

My boss should've bought this Portable air conditioning units available online at a discount prices. I think I also need portable air contioning at home so that we can carry it with us anywhere either at home or in the office.

A sports-minded man

I don't like sports but my hubby is a sports-minded person. He's a sports addict. He prefers to watch games rather than to eat food. He sometimes can't eat well because of the game. He likes all kinds of sports and he's always in front of the tv watching them. Baseball and football are the sports that he likes the most. Oh well, that's good if he enjoys watching sports and at the same time he can also make money. I can't wait to see the results of this coming nfl picks.

Smoothies, anyone?

Me and my hubby don't have enough time to eat breakfast. It's hard for us to get up in the morning so I have to prepare something that easy to make. That's why i'm so happy to see this smoothie recipe. We always have fruits at home and we like fruit smoothies. Wow~ i'm so excited to make one for my hubby specially now that it's summer and smoothies is very expensive if we buy outside. At least I can make my own smoothies now! Yehey! Thanks a lot smoothie web.

I think it's strange

I think it's strange because i'm always hungry when i stay at home but when i'm outside specially at work, i don't feel hungry. I think I gained weight again during my 2 days vacation. I don't want to gain weight although some say that i'm thin but when I look at my face on the mirror, I can see this big face in front of me and I don't like it. So when I say about that to others, most of them answered if I am fat then what are they? Ooppss...i feel so sorry for them. It seems like i'm also saying that they are gorilla because they are fatter than me. hehehe...

TV on the wall

There are three bedrooms in our apartment and one is a guestroom. A room for my in-laws when they visit and stay with us for a night. That's also a room where we put our collections from other countries. My in-laws rarely stay with us. Two or three times a year if i'm not mistaken so we are planning to buy a tv and make the guest room as a video room. We like watching movies so it's a good idea to use that room sometimes.

We have 37 inches LCD Screen TV and a home theater in the living room and we'll probably put that in the video room and buy a TV that we can put on the wall. Putting the TV on the wall gives more space in the living room. Of course, we'll need a TV Wall Bracket with a good quality and affordable price. And I finally found one. A slim line design with a safety bar TV Wall Bracket. It also has a wall bracket lock to secure my LCD TV.

Get your TV Wall Bracket here if you also need one. It offers good quality bracket for all Plasma TV's and LCD screens for a a reasonable cost.

It's another mistake

I just want to say that I made a mistake in making the soup last night. Oh yes, it's another mistake. It was my first time to do it and as usual I failed again. I prepared it for almost an hour because i'm trying to get the exact taste of the soup but I always put some ingredients and I didn't know how to balance the ingredient. Well, the taste is not the same as what I have eaten in the restaurants or in my in-laws house.

It's summer and the weather is too hot so I need to prepare cold soup. My hubby already came from work but I was still preparing for the food and he saw the ingredients on the table and I looked very busy so he asked me what kind of delicious food i was preparing. Maybe, he expected so much. As soon as I served him the soup, he tasted it and smiled. He said it was delicious but he never touched it after that one spoon that he put in his mouth. hehehe...

After dinner, he told me to put some more water and vinegar. After washing the dishes, I started to make the soup again. I hope it will pass in his taste. Let's see what is gonna be happened tomorrow. Do you think he will like it? I'm so excited to know the result! hahaha...
