Agujim (Steamed Marinated Goose Fish with Vegetables)

Agujim steamed marinated goose fish with vegetable. The agujim--chunks of monkfish in a thicket of bean sprouts--is a two-sauce dish: The fish is coated in a spicy red sauce, then dipped into a second bath of wasabi and soy sauce.

specialist in asbestos encapsulation

Last month, I visited Sydney with my hubby and we love the place. We had much fun travelling the wonderful attractions in Sydney like the Opera House, Sydney Tower and Sydney Aquarium. There were days that we just walked around the neighborhood and my hubby got impressed with the houses built there. We also saw some houses that were abandoned by the owner. The broken houses looked terrible specially the roofs.

My hubby wanted to buy one of them and just fix it. What a waste of money to buy a new house if you can get an old one and just change it into a new one or much better than that. For the roof, asbestos encapsulation sydney is a safe procedure to encapsulate the roofs. Changing the roofs can cause severe health risks if it is put incorrect so don't trust any company. Choose only the one that went through extensive research and specialist in asbestos encapsulation and asbestos removal.

For your roofs, choose the company that only use the safe materials and holding a safe procedure to encapsulate your roofs. And asbestos encapsulation sydney is the only company that most people trust on!

Why do you have to buy a new car?

I always transfer to another bus when I go to work. Yesterday, while I was waiting for the next bus, I was surprised when the bus stopped and the driver opened the door just to asked me if I still live in the same place because he couldn't see me taking his bus anymore. I got afraid of him. I know that he doesn't have any bad intention but I was shy because there were many people on the bus and at the bus stop looking at us. If I could just dissapear at that time, I already did!

This morning I mentioned to hubby on what happened yesterday. I also told him that I may need a car. And before he left, I showed him this new and approved used LandRover that I'd like to have. The Land Rover that approved used vehicles and guaranteed the same level of quality, good service and a customer satisfaction just like when you buy a new vehicle.

Why do you have to buy a new car when you can have the new and approved used Land Rover. Land Rovers with the same quality of new vehicles, prepared to the highest manufacturers standards and competitively priced, approved and select warranty and a lot more promise that LandRover can give you.

So when we came back here in Korea, i bought some shrimps, potato and flour use for frying. I tried to cook Tempura (Tuikim) but i failed the taste and texture. Since then, i never tried to cook tuikim anymore.

When hubby said that he wanted to eat Tuikim, I checked the books where the name of the restaurants and phone numbers are listed. They are advertisements of the restaurants near here and we use them when we order some food. Luckily there is this Tuikim restaurant listed so i ordered this.

Fried broccoli, fried rice cake, fried shrimps, fried sweet potato, and fried crab meat. And the sauce with cucumber and radish pickles.

Megitang (Boiled Spicy Catfish)

We went to Boseong and on our way, we saw a sign board of a restaurant selling Megitang (Boiled Spicy Catfish). We had lunch early so hubby suddenly craved for Megitang. So instead of going straight, he turned left and went to the restaurant.

We thought the restaurant was near but it took us kilometers more to reach it. Although it was a little bit far, we weren't disappointed because the food was delicious. Hubby said, he found another restaurant again serving delicious Megitang. He said eventhough it's far, he's willing to go back there again when he craves for that menu.

The restaurant is located in the farm and built in the pond with full of golden fish. But not many people go there because it's too far from civilization.

our savings accounts

Hubby and I started with nothing in our bank account. There was a zero balance in our account. So when he got his job, we started to save as soon as he got his first salary. We opened savings accounts and a few years later, we bought a new car and an apartment using our own savings. My hubby's family and relatives said that we achieved our goal easily.

I learned that rich people are those who know how to save money. Even when you are diligent, if you don't know how to save, your hardwork is useless. Also you should know and aware of the bank where you'll deposit your money. Choose the banks that will give you bonus when you open a checking account and where you can earn the best rates. Banks that has a cash bonus promotion offers.

Receive cash, gift cards, or credit for opening checking accounts, money market accounts, or certificates of deposit at banks and credit unions.

Banana ice cream

I always buy bananas because i use them when i make juice in the morning. We usually drink fruit and vegetable juice*** in the morning. Sometimes i have to throw away some over riped bananas. That's really a waste. Bananas here are expensive here because they are delicious bananas that are imported from the Philippines.

One of hubby's favorite fruits are bananas but i don't like them much so he has to eat most of the bananas. My mother in law always tells me that bananas are good for our health so i have to eat bananas too. Did i say that i don't like bananas? Well, i love ice cream, anyway. So, here's a tip for you in order not to throw away those rotten bananas. Put a stick (skew) and wrap the bananas in a plastic and put them in the fridge. There you go! You already have an ice cream. It's yummy! It tastes like a banana ice cream. Here's the picture of my banana ice cream. hehehe...

Do you wanna buy a car?

Whenever i have dinner with my co-workers, i always asked my husband to pick me up. My boss told me to get my own car so that i can stay longer with them. My co-workers also agreed because they want to hang out on weekends with me. They said it would be easier if one of us has a car.

Driving a car is more comfortable. You can go anytime and anywhere. You don't have to worry about the weather. It comforts you in all seasons. You can control the temperature. You can use the aircon or heater and it serves as your shelter when it rains.

If you are looking for a cheap used Land Rover car, then Buy Your Car will help you find one. It was out of my mind to get my own car but after seeing this cheap Land Rover used car, i suddenly got an interest in driving.

I want this Freelander

We have been using our car for 3 years now and hubby asked me if i want to change it. Our car is working well and it still looks new because my hubby is very careful when he uses it. He even doesn't want to make any scratch on it and he cleans it whenever he has time. We liked our car and I thought we don't have the desire to change it anymore. But there's no satisfaction in this world and technology gets better as the time passed by.

I'm sure you already heard about Land Rover that is facing a lot of uncertainty at the moment. But, have you also ever heard about this original versions of the Range Rover, the Discovery and Freelander Freelander? The new Freelander looks similar to the first Freelander in almost every respect but it's a fair bit larger. The cabin is an impressive affair and performs well for a vehicle.

Oh well, i think it's time for me to get a driver's license. I just want to drive this Land Rover Freelander 2 TD 4 HSE .

serving food

As for the serving, all the food dishes except hot soups are set at one time on a low table that is set on the floor; at which one sits to eat. The main dishes and the side dishes which are shared by all are placed in the middle of the table. The rice and soup are placed in front of each diner. Chopstics and spoons are used for eating.

In general the Korean diet is high in grains and vegetable which add mucht fiber to the diet, moderate but adequate in protien. both animal and vefetable (bean curd, bean sprouts, bean pastes, soy bean sauce), moderate in a calories and low in fat and sugar. In short- a very healthy, well-balanced diet. It may be a bit high in salt if soy sauce is used heavily. It may or may not be red peppery hot; it is a matter of individual taste.

The Korea diet is changing and developing but basically the diet pattern has remained the same. Westerners may do well to examine this diet pattrn and shift to a similar diet pattern for their own long and healthy life.

Kimchi and the korean table settings

Kimchi is a kind of spicy fermented pickle and accompanies every Korean meal. It is made from cabbage, turnip, cucumber or seasonable vegetables, seasoned with red pepper, garlic, onion, ginger, salt, oysters and soused salted fish juice, and fermented in an earthenware crock. Kimchi is made in large quantities in late autumn for use during the winter months. Autumn Kimchi making is called "kimjang" which is one of Korea's most important household events. Kimchi contains good amounts of vitamin C and stimulates the appetite. Somehow, kimchi and rice make an excellent flavor and texture combination.

The basic diet includes at each meal steamed rice, hot soup, kimchis and a number of meat and/ or vegetable side dishes with fruit as an after-meal refresher. In-season fresh vegetables are used at the peak of their season and dried preserved for out-of-season use later on.

Korean table settings are classified into the 3-chop, the 5-chop, the 7-chop, the 9-chop and the 12-chop according to the number of side dishes served. The average family takes three or four side dishes along with rice, soup and kimchi for an everyday Korean meal.

When a family entertains guest for a special occasion, such as a wedding celebration or 60th birthday party, a dozen or more delightful dishes of different kinds are served according to the season. In addition, there is a characteristic way of setting the table for each occasion: New Year's Day Table, Moon-Festival Day Table, Baby's First Birthday Table, Ancestor-Memorial Day Table, Bride's Gift Table or Drinking Table.

Korean food is usually shared by diners. Each person has his own bowl of rice and soup, but other dishes are set on the table for all to reach. The main dishes and the side dishes are distinguished by the quantities served. At meal time, the smaller quantity of the food served will be one of the side dishes. Larger quantity dishes will be the main dish and nothing more will be needed except rice and kimchi.

The Korean Diet

For centuries the Korean have eaten the fruits of the sea, the filed and the mountain because these are the geographically significant features of the Korean peninsula.
The Yello Sea and Sea of Japan offer excellent fish, seaweed and shellfishe for the Korean table. THe lowland fields produce excellent grains and vegetables while the uplands grow marvelous fruits and nuts-apple, pear, plum, chestnut, walnut, pine nut and persimmonto name a few. And the ever present mountains offer wild and cultivated mushrooms, roots and greens. A temperature climate makes for four seasons with the fall harvest and being the most abundant. Through the centuries, the basic seasonings- red pepper, green oinion, soy sauce, bean pastes, garlic, ginger, sesame, mustard, vinegar and wines- have been combined various ways to enhance the meats, fish, seafood and vegetables in the peculiarly spicy and delicious Korean manner. Various regions of Korea have special seasoning combinations-some hotter, some spicier-and each family also has its particular seasoning pattern. One family uses no salted shrimp juice in kimchi; another uses a great deal, but both claim kimchi as an integral part of their daily diet.

Let's go for a drive

It's very comfortable when you have a car. You can go anywhere and wherever you want. You don't have to care about the weather. Whether it is cold or hot, it doesn't matter because your car will suit the temperature that you need. You can turn on the aircon if it is hot or turn on the heater when it is cold. So, when you travel to another country it's more comfortable if you drive. You can also save time and effort. I thought it's expensive to hire a car but i found out that it depends on the company where you are going to rent a car. Car Hire Cyprus is where you can get a great deal. It is cheap, comfortable and reliable.

I suddenly remember the time when we travelled in Australia. We had to wait for almost an hour on the train and we had to transfer to another one. It was complicated. I wish i knew about this Car Hire Cyprus earlier.

If you are planning to travel, don't forget to rent a car for your safety and comfortable trip.
